TEMAD ANTICOR VCI-TT is used in the production of films with LD-PE, LLD-PE, HD-PE and EVA. The fumes released by the special additives contained in the master allow to inhibit the corrosion / oxidation process of ferrous metals. TEMAD ANTICOR VCI-TT is part of a new generation of corrosion inhibitors with low toxicity, almost odorless, and with a good resistance to extrusion temperatures. The final film is thermally stable, and can be used in warm or hot climates without any problems.
TEMAD ANTICOR VCI-TT should be used as follows: A 5% use is recommended for the processing of films with a thickness of about 100 microns.
